DesI is now open at Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole

DESI LIVING INNOVATIONS, HAIR CUTTERY AND ATC CLEANERS
NOW OPEN AT ANNAPOLIS TOWNE CENTRE

Owings Mills, Md. (February 18, 2008) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today the opening of three new shops at Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole, the new two-million-square-foot, mixed-use development.

The new tenants include:

• DesI Living Innovations, a 5,017-square-foot home fashions store showcasing the most stylish and unique designs in living room furniture, including leather and fabric sofas, sectionals and various accent pieces made by the finest manufacturers in Italy and the United States. This is DesI’s third location, in addition to stores in Rockville Md. and Arlington Va.
• Hair Cuttery, a 1,803-square-foot, full-service salon offering haircuts, color, waxing and other beauty treatments -- with no appointments necessary.
• ATC Cleaners, providing dry cleaning and laundry services in a 1,259-square-foot space.

These businesses join a premium mix of retailers, restaurants and services. The town center is anchored by a 170,000-square-foot Target and, coming this spring, what is planned to be one of the largest Whole Foods Markets in the country. Other retailers already open include Anthropologie, Great Gatherings, J.Jill, Sur La Table, Talbots, Origins, Paper Source, Smyth Jewelers and restaurants Gordon Biersch and PF Chang’s.
