New Store is Company’s First in Anne Arundel County
Owings Mills, Md. (April 6, 2009) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that Brooks Brothers is now open at Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole, the new, two million-square-foot, mixed-use development. The clothier will offer modern classics for both men and women at its new, 8,290-square-foot store – its only location in Anne Arundel County.
The first clothing retailer in the United States, Brooks Brothers has a long, recognized history of blending classic American fashion with fine quality and personal service.

Brooks Brothers joins a premium mix of retailers, restaurants and services at Annapolis Towne Centre. The town center is anchored by a 170,000-square-foot Target and one of the largest Whole Foods Markets in the country, which plans to open in May. Other retailers already open include Anthropologie, Great Gatherings, J.Jill, Sur La Table, Talbots, Origins, Paper Source, Smyth Jewelers and restaurants Gordon Biersch, Brio and PF Chang’s.
