DONNA M. SILLS NAMED VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL OF Greenberg Gibbons Commercial CORPORATION
Owings Mills, MD (April 12, 2005) – Donna M. Sills has been named Vice President, General Counsel of Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corporation , an Owings Mills, MD-based developer and manager of mixed-used properties and retail centers. She was formerly Vice President and Director, Corporate Compliance for The Rouse Company. In her new position, Ms. Sills will manage all legal affairs and functions for the Company.
Ms. Sills brings nearly twenty-five years of direct legal experience to Greenberg Gibbons Commercial and, previous to The Rouse Company, was an associate and, subsequently, a partner for Whiteford, Taylor and Preston in Baltimore. Ms. Sills earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate degree from George Washington University Law School.
She has been a member of the Board of Directors of The ARC of Baltimore, Inc. for more than ten years, and currently resides in Phoenix, MD.
