Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Welcomes Kim Potember
Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corporation is pleased to announce Kim Potember has joined the company as Vice President/Development Director to oversee our newest project in Hunt Valley.
As Development Director, Ms. Potember's responsibilities include overseeing the design and construction process for the Hunt Valley Mall redevelopment, obtaining the necessary entitlements and ensuring that the overall objectives for the project are met.
Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons Commercial, Ms. Potember worked at The Rouse Company for 19 years, where her last 8 years were as Development Director. She has her BA from Colby College in Waterville, Maine and Masters degree in Business Administration from Loyola College.
