Owings Mills, Md. (January 9, 2012) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that Donna Sills has been named Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Baltimore-based retail development company. Ms. Sills, who has served as Greenberg Gibbons’ Senior Vice President and General Counsel since 2005 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010, will expand her leadership role and oversee all the company’s legal affairs and functions.

Ms. Sills will participate in the management committee and manage all legal matters for Greenberg Gibbons and its portfolio of more than fifteen properties, as well as new projects such as Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, the redevelopment of the Laurel Mall and the proposed Foundry Row at Owings Mills. Ms. Sills has more than 30 years of direct legal experience and previously served as Vice President and Director of Corporate Compliance for the Rouse Company.
