Alicyn Emerick CMD

Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Mrs. Emerick joined Greenberg Gibbons in 2012 and currently serves as Vice President of Marketing & Communications. She leads the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives across the company and its portfolio of properties. In this role, Mrs. Emerick oversees a broad range of marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, web content, social media, and special events. She also supports the executive team with key growth initiatives and manages corporate company-wide efforts, including PR, market research, preparation of materials and presentations, design, and merchandising strategy. Before joining Greenberg Gibbons, she held several positions within the events and marketing industry. Mrs. Emerick holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Towson University in Baltimore, Md, and is a Certified Marketing Director (CMD). She is a member of ICSC, and currently serves as the ICSC Mid-Atlantic Marketplace Council Director and a member of the Baltimore County Tourism Commission. She previously served as the Next Generation Chair for the ICSC Mid-Atlantic Marketplace from 2019 through 2024, and is an alumna of the Leadership Baltimore County Class of 2022 and member of the ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network Class of 2022-2024.
