Andrew Gerlowski

Senior Legal CounselMr. Gerlowski joined Greenberg Gibbons in 2023 and currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel. He is primarily responsible for advising landlord and developer real property owners on a broad range of legal and compliance matters. His primary roles include supporting the leasing team with drafting and negotiating lease agreements, providing legal support services throughout the duration of the lease lifecycle, and performing acquisition due diligence. Before joining Greenberg Gibbons, Mr. Gerlowski served as an associate performing similar roles at legal firms with expertise in business law, landlord/tenant matters, and litigation services. He holds inactive licenses as a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and member of the bar in the District of Columbia. Mr. Gerlowski received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland (Robert H. Smith School of Business) and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, magna cum laude.  Mr. Gerlowski was admitted to the Maryland bar in 2015.
