David Williams

Mr. Williams joined Greenberg Gibbons’ Executive Board in 2018. Mr. Williams is also the Founder, Chairman and CEO of MRE Capital, which is focused on making investments in real estate and mid-market services businesses. He also served for more than 30 years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merkle Inc., a global marketing services business.  Under his leadership, Merkle achieved 20%+ annual growth, leading to more than $1.2 billion in annual review with more than 10,000 employees across the globe. Mr. Williams also serves on the board of trustees of the Severn School located in Severna Park, MD. He began his career at Butcher & Singer, a Philadelphia-based investment bank, and holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania.
