Jay Diamond

Director, Development & Investments
Mr. Diamond serves as Director of Development & Investments. He supports the company’s mixed-use development division, with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, underwriting, acquiring and executing projects in the Mid-Atlantic region and the Carolinas. Before joining Greenberg Gibbons in 2022, his responsibilities/title was a Senior Analyst Manager of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Kimco Realty for their Southern Region, which consisted of 200 retail properties & over 40M SF of retail. He also supported managing mixed-use projects, which consisted of 1,400 residential units in Arlington, VA & Houston, TX.

Mr. Diamond holds a Bachelor of Finance from West Virginia University & Master of Business Administration from Towson University. Mr. Diamond is an active member of the Urban Land Institute(ULI).
