Matthew Mittenthal

Senior Vice President, Asset Management
Mr. Mittenthal joined Greenberg Gibbons in 2002 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. He is responsible for managing the company’s assets, including leasing, construction management, redevelopment, financial modeling and tenant coordination. He previously served as a property management and lease administration associate. Mr. Mittenthal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa, and a Master of Science from the University of Alabama, both in Geosciences. He is a member of ICSC.
