Megan Eldridge

Ms. Eldridge joined Greenberg Gibbons in 2023 and currently serves as Manager of Tenant Coordination. She leads all tenant coordination matters for the company’s portfolio of properties. Ms. Eldridge is responsible for reviewing, approving, and managing both Landlord and Tenant-directed buildouts. Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, she was an Assistant Construction Manager at JBG Smith managing office renovations. Prior to JBG Smith, she held positions in property management at Carr Properties managing Class A office buildings. More recently she served as Store Construction and Facilities Manager for South Moon Under, overseeing new store construction and management of existing facilities. Ms. Eldridge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina.
