Sally Hebner

Ms. Hebner joined Greenberg Gibbons in 2023 and serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. She provides leadership and oversees all financial, accounting, and investment responsibilities for the firm. She also oversees Property Management. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Ms. Hebner is a solutions-minded leader committed to amplifying the company’s growth and expansion efforts. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Fairstead, a vertically integrated real estate firm with divisions in construction, development, asset management, and property management and ownership in over 150 multi-family rental communities. Prior to that she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Enterprise Community Partners, a national non-profit focused on increasing housing supply, advancing racial equity and building resilience and upward mobility. During her tenure there she served in roles in finance and asset management, leveraging technology and transforming processes to improve organizational sustainability, portfolio and risk management, and platform scalability.. She is a Certified Public Accountant, board member and finance committee member of Humanim, and Executive Director and finance committee chair of the Mia Sutphin Foundation. Ms. Hebner received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University Maryland.
