Trey Farmer

Director, Finance & Accounting
Mr. Farmer, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Maryland, serves as Director of Corporate & Fund Accounting, managing both corporate and fund-level accounting functions and supporting executive leadership. He is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting operations, including financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination. Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, Mr. Farmer served as Fund Accounting Manager at Realterm and as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG. He brings practical experience in real estate investment accounting, fund operations, and strategic financial oversight in the commercial real estate sector. Mr. Farmer earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of South Carolina and a master’s degree in accounting from Towson University.
