Will Leimenstoll

Mr. Leimenstoll joined Greenberg Gibbons in 2026 and serves as Director of Development & Investments. He plays a key role in the company’s mixed-use development division, which is responsible for underwriting and executing Greenberg Gibbons’ mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, he was Director of Development at EYA where he specialized in developing master-planned large-scale townhome communities with mixed-use components in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, totaling more than 800 units. Prior to EYA he was a Development Associate at JBG SMITH responsible for managing the development of The Grace and Reva multifamily towers (800 residential units) in Arlington, VA’s National Landing submarket. Mr. Leimenstoll holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of City and Regional Planning Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, he lives in Baltimore’s Canton neighborhood with his wife and son. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
