Greenberg Gibbons Adds Matthew Kelly as a Development Director

Owings Mills, Md. (June 5, 2013) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that it has named Matthew Kelly as a Development Director. Mr. Kelly will help oversee the development of Greenberg Gibbons’ growing portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties, including construction of the new Towne Centre Laurel project.

 Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, Mr. Kelly spent 15 years working for the national engineering firm Greenhorne & O’Mara, managing site development, infrastructure and transportation improvement projects. He is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland and Delaware. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.
