Greenberg Gibbons Adds Three to Leasing Team to Support Continued Growth

Baltimore, MD. (January 4, 2024) – Greenberg Gibbons announced today that it has added three new professionals to its leasing team. Andrew Gerlowski joins the firm as Senior Legal Counsel, Megan Hutchison as a Tenant Coordinator, and Anthony Jeffrey as a Leasing Associate.

Senior Legal Counsel Andrew Gerlowski joins the firm with nearly seven years of experience as an attorney representing commercial real estate clients. Previously, he served as an associate at Whiteford, Taylor, & Preston, LLP, a legal firm with expertise in business law and litigation services. Gerlowski is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore.

 

Tenant Coordinator Megan Hutchison brings eight years of experience in project and site management. Most recently, she served as Project Manager for Grander Capital Partners, a fully integrated real estate investment and operating company. Hutchison received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.

 

Leasing Associate Anthony Jeffrey joins the firm with nearly five years of experience leasing office and retail spaces. Most recently, he served as a leasing associate for Rosenthal Properties. Jeffrey received his bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University.

 

Over the past year, Greenberg Gibbons secured 36 leases across its portfolio of properties, totaling nearly 266,000 square feet. The firm recently secured anchor tenants at several of its retail destinations, including the addition of BluePearl Pet Hospital at Turf Valley Towne Square, Burlington at White Marlin Mall, Grocery Outlet at Westminster Crossing East, and Planet Fitness at Gateway Plaza. Greenberg Gibbons also secured leases with Golf Galaxy and HomeSense, which is the state’s first location, at Sea Turtle Marketplace in South Carolina.
