Greenberg Gibbons Moves into New Baltimore Headquarters to Support Continued Growth

Baltimore, Md. (August 17, 2023) – Greenberg Gibbons has relocated its headquarters to a 11,500-square-foot office in Canton, a vibrant waterfront neighborhood in Baltimore city. Located in the newly constructed 40TEN building, the headquarters will house the majority of the firm’s rapidly growing staff as it continues to expand its capabilities and portfolio of properties across the East Coast.

“We are excited to be back in Baltimore city where our company was founded over 50 years ago,” said Brian Gibbons, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Greenberg Gibbons. “Our new headquarters gives us room to grow and will help us further attract world-class talent to our team.”

The new headquarters is the first office building of its kind in Baltimore built with heavy timber, which reduces its carbon footprint. The office features 15-foot-high ceilings, an abundance of natural light, and huddle rooms and workstations to promote collaboration. The design reflects a biophilic space, bringing in natural elements of wood, light and a neutral color palette. The office is surrounded by amenities within walking distance such as fitness and daycare centers, dog parks, walking paths, retail shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

“We’ve quickly expanded our presence into new markets over the last two years, and plan to continue that growth,” said Eric Walter, President of Greenberg Gibbons. “Our new headquarters allows us to collaborate effectively as a team, while serving as a hub for staff located in other regions.”

The company now has more than 50 projects spanning across seven states, including Rhode Island, Delaware, Maryland, Viriginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. The firm opened a Charlotte office in 2021 to further help support its geographic expansion.
