Greenberg Gibbons Welcomes Golf Galaxy to The Sea Turtle Marketplace

Owings Mills, Md. (April 19, 2023) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that Golf Galaxy, a national golf retailer, will join The Sea Turtle Marketplace located in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The 18,160-square-foot junior anchor will be located next to PetSmart and is anticipated to open this fall.

Golf Galaxy is the ultimate destination for everything golfers need to boost their game. The retailer offers a selection of clubs, apparel, footwear, bags, golf balls, and other accessories from top brands, including Titleist, Callaway, and TaylorMade. Golf Galaxy also offers club fittings and lessons, and features online services and tutorials about improving your golf game. Greenberg Gibbons is working with The Providence Group to assist with the leasing of Golf Galaxy and future retailers at the center.

The Sea Turtle Marketplace, a 99,580-square-foot community retail center, was acquired by Greenberg Gibbons for $17.5 million in October 2022. It is anchored by notable pet retailer PetSmart and the well-known boating supply and fishing store, West Marine. Greenberg Gibbons is exploring development opportunities for a 2.81-acre parcel on site. The property is centrally located on Hilton Head Island off William Hilton Parkway.
