New Building Will Include 332 Apartments and 30,000 Square Feet of New Retail Space
Owings Mills, Md. (May 15, 2014) – Greenberg Gibbons, one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s premier developers of mixed-use, towne centre and retail properties, announced today that it has contracted with AvalonBay Communities Inc., a leading multi-family housing developer, to add the first residential component on 6.5 acres of property at Hunt Valley Towne Centre.
The new community will be known as Avalon at Hunt Valley Towne Centre – AvalonBay’s flagship brand. The five-story structure with integral parking will include approximately 332 upscale apartment homes with a wide array of amenities, including 30,000 square feet of new retail space being developed by Greenberg Gibbons. It will be located on the east side of the centre, adjacent to Pier 1 Imports.

Hunt Valley Towne Centre is a mixed-use development in Baltimore County, located six miles north of I-695 on Shawan Road between I-83 and York Road.
