New Headquarters to Occupy 10,400 Square Feet
Owings Mills, Md. (February 6, 2014) – Greenberg Gibbons, one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s premier developers of mixed-use, towne centre and retail properties, announced today that CARCHEX will be moving its headquarters to a 10,400-square-foot location at Hunt Valley Towne Centre. CARCHEX will be relocating from its current office on Gilroy Road, also in Hunt Valley, to the space directly above Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) in the Towne Centre.
CARCHEX is a premier provider of direct-to-consumer automotive services including auto warranty, pre-purchase inspections, auto insurance, auto financing and car buying. The company serves as a consumer advocate throughout all stages of the car buying, selling and ownership process. Its services use a “compete” model to insure customers receive the best warranty coverage and auto insurance at the lowest price, or in the case of auto financing, receive the best rate and term available to that consumer. The CARCHEX car buying service allows consumers to get the highest price for the vehicles they are looking to sell.

Hunt Valley Towne Centre is a mixed-use development located six miles north of I-695 on Shawan Road between I-83 and York Road.
