Greenberg Gibbons Adds Three Professionals to Support Continued Growth

Owings Mills, Md. (May 10, 2021) – On the heels of creating a $100 million private equity fund to make shopping center acquisitions and launching a new Flex/R&D property division, Greenberg Gibbons announced today that three professionals have joined the firm to support its continued growth. Tom Falatko joins as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Dana Rein as an Investment Director and Emory Camper as a Leasing Associate.

Senior Vice President of Acquisitions Tom Falatko brings more than 20 years of acquisitions experience in the multi-tenant retail, office, multi-family, and hospitality sectors. Throughout his career he has acquired over 19 million square feet of real estate, primarily retail properties, totaling over $3.1 billion in transactions. His previous roles include First Vice President at CIM Group, serving as Managing Director at Somera Capital, Managing Director at Madison Marquette, and Acquisition Director for Federal Realty.

Investment Director Dana Rein comes to Greenberg Gibbons with more than 15 years of retail shopping center investment experience, working on over 230 transactions totaling $7.8 billion. She previously worked with CBRE’s National Retail Investment Sales Group, and prior to CBRE was an asset manager and investment analyst for Zamias Services.

Leasing Associate Emory Camper joins the firm from MCB Real Estate, where she was responsible for leasing a portfolio from New York to North Carolina. Prior to that, she worked as a leasing agent for Cushman and Wakefield. Camper holds a Master’s in Business Management from Durham University in England.
