Owings Mills, Md. (December 11, 2019) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that it will embark on an expansion to the Reisterstown Shopping Center, a 170,000-square-foot community shopping center located in Baltimore County.
The developer will build a new 10,200-square-foot retail building along Reisterstown Road, which will house four new tenants: Chipotle, Mattress Warehouse, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Starbucks. Construction of the building is expected to begin in spring 2020 and be completed by spring 2021.

Greenberg Gibbons is also planning façade upgrades and will look to add new anchor tenants, and more retail and service tenants throughout the shopping center.
