Owings Mills, Md. (December 10, 2013) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that it has promoted Carol Diedtrich to the position of Asset Manager. In this role, she will oversee management of several of the company’s properties, including Turf Valley Towne Square, the new 108,000-square-foot shopping center and restaurant destination in Ellicott City, Md., and Towne Centre Laurel, the highly anticipated redevelopment of the Laurel Mall, set to open in 2014.
Ms. Diedtrich has more than 18 years’ experience in managing retail projects and mixed-use developments. She joined Greenberg Gibbons in 2011 as the General Manager of Annapolis Towne Centre. Prior to that, she worked as a Director for Business Development for General Growth Properties in Paramus, NJ., and managed projects for the Rouse Company, Retail Resource and Millennium Partners.
In addition to Turf Valley Towne Square and Towne Centre Laurel, she will also oversee the management of five other Greenberg Gibbons properties, including Hampton Towne Centre, Westminster Crossing, Edgewater Village Centre, The Shops at Breton Bay and White Marlin Mall.
