Owings Mills, Md. (October 14, 2014) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that it will be taking over the day-to-day management and marketing activities of Westchester Commons, a premier, 128-acre retail center in Midlothian, Va., ten miles west of Richmond.
Conveniently situated at the intersection of Route 288 and Midlothian Turnpike, Westchester Commons features 650,000 square-feet of retail, including Target, Regal Cinemas, Gold’s Gym and a mix of national and regional stores and restaurants. Opened in 2009, the project has become a community asset and gathering place, hosting signature annual events such as the Westchester Shamrock 5K and DiggityFest as well as a Summer Concert Series.
“Westchester Commons is ideally located in one of the fastest growing, affluent suburbs of the Richmond market,” said Brian Gibbons, CEO and chairman of Greenberg Gibbons. “We’re excited to implement some new retail strategies to make this destination an even greater success.”
Greenberg Gibbons has also partnered with CBRE Richmond, which will oversee all leasing activities for the retail center. For more information on Westchester Commons, visit http://www.ggcommercial.com/property/westchester_commons/.
