Health Services Provider to Occupy 29,000 Square Feet
Owings Mills, Md. (June 2, 2015) — Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard Equities announced today that LifeBridge Health will be leasing 29,000 square feet of space, representing 75% of the office building, at Foundry Row, the highly anticipated, $140 million development on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills.
LifeBridge Health is one of the largest comprehensive providers of health related services in the Northwest Baltimore region, offering preventive services, wellness and fitness services and educational programs throughout the area. The company has been expanding its footprint in the region and also opened offices in a 10,000-square-foot space at Hunt Valley Towne Centre, another Greenberg Gibbons property, last year.
“We are excited to expand our presence in Baltimore County with LifeBridge Health offices at Foundry Row,” says Neil Meltzer, president and CEO of LifeBridge Health. “With a convenient location between our Sinai and Northwest hospitals, as well as near the other new businesses in the area, these new offices will benefit both patients and staff.”
“We are thrilled that one of the region’s largest, most respected health care organizations will be joining Foundry Row,” said Brian Gibbons, Chairman and CEO of Greenberg Gibbons. “With the addition of LifeBridge Health, Foundry Row is even more poised to become a true community asset.”
Foundry Row is expected to open next year and will be anchored by a 130,000 square-foot Wegmans. The new development will feature a mix of high quality shops, services and restaurants, including LA Fitness, Sports Authority, DSW, Old Navy, Ulta, and more. The project includes 365,000 square feet of retail space as well as 60,000 square feet of Class A office space. For more information, go to VisitFoundryRow.com.
LifeBridge Health will open at Foundry Row in 2016. The lease was brokered by Matt Haas and Kevin Haus of Colliers International and Lynn Abeshouse of Abeshouse Partners.
