Michaels and Three New Specialty Retailers Join St. Thomas Shopping Center

Owing Mills, Md. (August 4, 2021) – Greenberg Gibbons announced today that four new retailers are joining St. Thomas Shopping Center, the neighborhood shopping center for Owings Mills, Md. Next Door Pharmacy, uBreakiFix, and Boston Market will open this fall and Michaels will open fall 2022.

Michaels is one of North America’s largest providers of do-it-yourself arts, crafts, framing, floral, and wall décor. The 23,045-square-foot arts supplies store will be located near Baltimore Sports & Novelty.

Next Door Pharmacy is a customer-centered pharmacy serving Owing Mills and its surrounding areas. Their expert pharmacists and staff provide customers with a completely personalized experience and a variety of services such as free delivery, pet medications, compounding, vaccinations, and price matching. Next Door Pharmacy’s 1,600-square-foot location will also be next to Baltimore Sports & Novelty.

uBreakiFix is an electronics repair shop that specializes in fixing all types of household electronics with the guarantee of quick and quality care. The 1,600-square-foot store offers its customers free estimates as well as bulk and student discounts. uBreakiFix’s new location will be between H&R Block and Next Door Pharmacy.

Boston Market is a fast-casual restaurant that serves home-style rotisserie meals. Their menu offers a large selection of choices for any customer’s dietary needs, as well as the option of family or individual portions. The 2,000-square-foot restaurant will be located next to 1st Financial and adjacent to M&T Bank.

St. Thomas Shopping Center is located on Reisterstown Road, adjacent to Foundry Row, the mixed-use destination also owned and managed by Greenberg Gibbons. St. Thomas Shopping Center features Michaels, M&T Bank, Wells Fargo, Starbucks, and a mix of national and regional stores and restaurants at their 100,000-square-foot commercial complex.
