The new, 1,524-square-foot shop is now open and located next to Bubbles Salon on Brandermill Boulevard.
  • Blush Boutique – A store specializing in women’s apparel, offering unique, fashion-forward designs at affordable prices. The new 1,097-square-foot shop will be located next to Massage Envy on North Main Street. It will open in November.
  • Nivika Medspa – A medical spa offering a variety of cosmetic and laser services, including injectable fillers, Botox, chemical peels, laser skin treatments, weight loss and more. The new 2,390-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility will be located next to Qdoba on North Main Street. The spa will open in November.
  • Chapman Hill Baby –  A 1,646-square-foot baby clothing, toy and supply boutique opening in December.  Located next to Regal Cinemas and Justice on Main Chapel Way, the new store will be the sister location to an already successful shop in Crofton, Md.

These businesses join a growing list of national and regional retailers and the expansive selection of fast casual and fine dining options that are now open at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, including Wegmans, Bonefish Grill, Greene Turtle and more.

Located in West Anne Arundel County, Waugh Chapel Towne Centre is a $275-million mixed-use project that will have nearly 650,000 square feet of retail space and 130,000 square feet of Class A office space when completed. The development includes The Beacon at Waugh Chapel, a 298-unit apartment complex built by Bozzuto Group.
