Owings Mills, Md. (January 31, 2014) – Greenberg Gibbons announced today that DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) will open a brand new store at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre this summer. The new retailer signed a lease for the last available, 10,010 square-foot space at the mixed-use development, which will be expanded to 16,680 square feet to accommodate the store’s needs, making the project 100% leased.
